Public relations has always been about telling stories on behalf of our clients.

Today we do it in the real world as well as the digital world. We no longer develop messages to be pushed out via the media. Today we still shape stories with the media, but we also take a through-the-line approach building conversations and participation online and offline.

To do that effectively, we always start with our clients’ business goals. We look at what matters to their stakeholders and we find the topics and the stories and the most effective ways to communicate them. That can be in 140 characters on twitter, via a social media news release, an e-book, a blogger event.
